Since The Experiments Intended To Tongluo Decoction For Prevention And Treatment Of Angina Pectoris (phlegm Blockage Card)

Objective:To observe prevention and cure rote of the self-made Tongluo Decoction on acute myocardial ischemia(Phlegm Stasis-Bizu) in rat,and make a preliminary study on its mechanism.Methods:Healthy Wistar rats were divided into six groups by using random number table and each group contains ten rats.The six groups include low dose of Tongluo Decoction group,medium dose of Tongluo Decoction group,high dose of Tongluo Decoction group, Dan Gualou film group(positive control),the control group and model group.To observe changes of superscriptâ…¡-lead ECG in acute myocardial ischemia rats caused by isoproterenol,content of MDA and NO and activity of SOD in serum.Results:The limbsâ…¡lead ECG results showed that:For rats in the six groups injected with isoproterenol,ST-segment offset values of Tongluo Decoction groups(low dose,medium dose and high dose)and positive group are significantly lower than that of the model group(P＜0.01å'ŒP＜0.05).Among the results,ST-segment offset value of medium dose group is significantly lower than those of low dose group,high dose group and positive group(P＜0.05).Compared with the model group,in Tongluo Decoction groups (low,medium and high),the content of MDA in serum was significantly reduced(P＜0.01å'ŒP＜0.05)and activity of SOD significantly increased(P＜0.01å'ŒP＜0.05),content of NO in serum was significantly increased(P＜0.01å'ŒP＜0.05).Changes in medium dose group are most significant among the six groups.
