Endometriosis Patients Quality Of Life And Influencing Factors

Objective:Understanding the situation of the life quality among endometriosispatients;anglicizing the influencing factor of the quality among endometriosis patients.Methods:Using WHOQOL-BREF measuring scale evaluates 115 cases of endometriosis patients and 16 cases of healthy quality of life,and carries out the control study.Using self-made petrography to get the information from the patients.From age,education,marital status, self-health assessment,occupation,in differentstages of treatment, CA125,dysmenorrheal,B ultrasonic examination,chronic pelvic pain,and TCM syndrome types 11 aspects in patients with endometriosis to analyze the influence of the quality of life.Results:1.Comparing 30～34-year-old woman with other age groups,the overall evaluation of the quality of life are different between them.More than 40 women are different from the other age groups in the overall evaluation of health status.30～39-year-oldwoman in the field of physiology score are different with other age groups.2.The effects of educational level,marital status,occupation, self-health evaluation on the quality of life in EM patients were not obvious.3.Preoperative period of EM patients are different from the other group in the overall evaluation of the quality of life,the overall evaluation of health status,and the score in the psychological field, social relations field,various fields of the,self-evaluation these six different aspects.There is no difference in physical field of score and environment field of score.4.Thereare many differences between Dysmenorrheal symptom score＞10 and 7～10 patients in the overall evaluation of the quality of life,the field of physiology score,psychological field of score,social relations field of score.There is no difference of the quality of life between Different dysmenorrheal VAS score and time.5.Normal and abnormal B-ultrasound results have no difference in the quality of life.6.Among different chronic pelvic pain score has no difference in the quality of life. 7.Qi Stagnation and blood stasis and qi deficiency and blood stasis are different in self-evaluation of the total score.Others are no difference.Conclusion:1.The effect from Educational level,marital status,and occupation to the quality of life in EM patients was not obvious.Married and unmarried women have no significant difference in the quality of life. These prompted clinicians should pay the same attention to the unmarried EM patients.2.EM patients have less understanding of the disease,which prompted clinicians need to strengthenthe educating of the scientific knowledge of disease,and also responded that our citizens have little scientific knowledge of the disease.3.Different stages of treatment in EM patients havedifferent quality of life.The effect is the same in physiology field of EM patients,but with the stages of treatment changes,the effects are not the same in the field of their patients with psychological,social relations, self-evaluation.Theseprompted clinicians while doing the treatment of disease;they should also pay attention to the psychological state of patients.4.Mild dysmenorrheal will not affect the quality of life.However, severe dysmenorrheal obviously cut downthe quality of the patients' life. Compared with theextent and timing of dysmenorrhea,the patients will focused on the symptoms of dysmenorrhea.This prompted the EM clinicians should solve the problems of the dysmenorrhea,especially to the severe dysmenorrheal patients.5.The abnormal results of B-ultrasound and gynecologic examination will have no obviously effect on patients quality of life.6.It is common that the EM patients are more belong to the type of qi stagnancy and blood stasis and qi deficiency and blood stasis.
