| Objective:To investigate and study the related factors of life quality of patients with endometriosis in a third-grade general hospital in Suzhou from 2016 to 2017,so as to provide targeted nursing measures for future nursing work.To explore the effects of cognitive behavioral intervention on depression,anxiety,postoperative pain,complications and satisfaction of patients with endometriosis during nursing.Methods:Through literature research and data statistics,the EHP-30 questionnaire was issued,and the influencing factors of life quality of 100 cases of intrauterine dysplasia in 2016-2017 were counted.78 subjects were selected as endometriosis patients who received surgical treatment in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital from October 2017 to July 2018.All the object of study by the imaging and the doctor diagnosed with endometriosis patients,all patients diagnosis standard in obstetrics and gynecology version 6 of endometriosis diagnosis criteria,and adopts surgery.This research method and content are all conform to the requirements of the ethics,on the basis of the digital meter method divided into control group and observation group,39 cases in each group.The control group received routine gynecological nursing and the observation group received cognitive behavioral nursing intervention.The differences in postoperative anxiety and depression,postoperative pain,complications and satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Data were processed using SPSS 19.0 statistical software.The measurement data were expressed as mean plus or minus standard deviation(x plus or minus s),and t test was used.The enumeration data is represented by rate(%),and is examined by rank 2.Results:1.The main factors affecting the quality of life of patients with endometriosis include pain,age,fertility,disease knowledge and stable income.Among them,dysmenorrhea,25 to 45 years old,pregnant,incapacitated for disease control,and without stable income,the quality of life scale(EHP-30)score was significantly higher than that of other patients(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.However,the effect of education level,occupation and exercise on patients' quality of life was not obvious,and did not have statistical significance.2.There was no statistical significance(P>0.05)in the comparison between the two groups of patients with endometriosis after surgery.The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between the two groups immediately after surgery,but pain scores decreased gradually with time,and the differences in pain scores were statistically significant at each time period after surgery.Nursing satisfaction ratio of the two groups:clinical nursing satisfaction of the control group was 74.4%,clinical nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.4%,clinical nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The complication rate was 17.94%in the control group and 38.46%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The patient's pain,age,fertility,disease knowledge and stable income are important factors affecting the patient's quality of life.In future treatment,corresponding nursing intervention should be given according to the patient's specific conditions.Cognitive behavioral intervention in being part of a psychological intervention treatment,can significantly improve patients psychological negative emotions,to assist the research and analysis of the cause of the disease patients,improve body immunity,improve the patient's cognitive behavior,at the same time also can promote patients of self-control and coping,adaptability,improvement of the patient condition has an important role. |
