Ney Rather Heart Treatment Menopause Syndrome

Menopause Syndrome,a common disease that frequently occurs among menopausal women,is a syndrome group showing disorder of autonomic nerve and incretion function, gone with mental symptom of somatic nerve,which is caused by the decline of ovarian function and fluctuation/descent of estrogen during the climacteric of women.According to the clinical research for years of my mentor,Heart-Kidney Disharmony is one of the common symptom types of Menopause syndrome.The main pathogenesis is imbalance between Yin and Yang,hyperactivity of the hear-fire due to deficiency of Kidney Yin and Water.Hence,Nourishing Kidney and Soothing Heart method is emphasized in treatment,and a basic prescription Ninggeng Dan is composed, which is proved to be of good effect in clinical therapy.This project researches the clinical curative effect of using Ninggeng Dan and Kunbao Pills in the treatment to the sufferers of Menopause Syndrome with the symptom of Heart-Kidney Disharmony.51 cases were collected from clinic,which were divided into two group:Cure Group with 30 cases,and Control Group with 21 cases.The experimental time is one period of treatment,i.e.two months.Observation Form for clinical symptom are filled in before and after treatment.In order to primarily research the operating mechanism of Ninggeng Dan,the curative effect was evaluated by using the international Kupperman Grade and observing the changes of the level of E2,LH,FSH in serum before and after treatment.The result shows that the clinical symptom of the sufferers were obviously improved after using Ninggeng Dan and the grade of Kupperman descended remarkably.The total rate in effect reached 100%; recovered:1 case(3.33%),of obviously effect:17 cases(56.67%),of some effect: 12 cases(40.00%).In Control Group,the total rate in effect was 66.67%;of obvious effect:3 cases(14.29%),of some effect:11 cases(52.38%),of no effect:7 cases (33.33%).It indicates that Ninggeng Dan,using the Nourishing Kidney and Soothing Heart method to cure Menopause Syndrome with the symptom of Heart-Kidney Disharmony, has quite good curative effect.The result of serological hormone detection shows: FSH and LH descended,while E2 ascended after treatment.Hence,the prescription is speculated to be of certain modification effect to endocrine system.
