Computer Navigation-assisted Total Knee Arthroplasty

Objective:To analyze the difference of curative effect between CAS and common method in TKA.Method:Use SPSS software analyze mechanical axes;soft-tissues balance;combine fat embolism;bleeding;operating time.Result:All cases were searched for 6～25 months,an average of 16 months. Mechanical axes error in CAS group was less than in common group ,soft-tissues balance angle and distance variable were also less than in common group. There were no major complications such as fat embolism occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Computer assisted TKA can obtain more reliable artificial joint and better mechanical axes,better soft-tissues balance,less blood loss,but delay the operating time.
