ObjectiveComputer navigation technology and the traditional tools of total knee arthroplasty prosthesis positioning accuracy comparison research.MethodsIn May 2014 to December 2015 were prospectie study of 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into computer navigation group(navigation group)and traditional methods(traditional group),30 cases in each group.Navigation groups: 3cases of male,26 cases of female,the lack of data in 1 case;Average age(65.8±6.6);Knee osteoarthritis classification: ? level in 11 cases,18 cases of ? level.Traditional groups: 3 cases of male,27 cases of female;Average age(65.8±7.4);Knee osteoarthritis classification: ? level of 17 cases,? level in 13 cases.Adopt RP the same product of TKA in The United States Johnson,all operations are performed by the same group of doctors.Compared two groups of patients with coronary position offset,a prosthetic knee valgus Angle,prosthesis component size,crown prosthesis component of plane and sagittal alignment angles,prosthetic components coronal center anatomical location relative offset.Results:Computer navigation group and the traditional surgery group in sagittal tibial plateau and femoral prosthesis placed on migration has no statistical significance(P value were0.262 and 0.262).Hip,knee,ankle Angle(HKA Angle)USES independent samples nonparametric rank and inspection(the Mann-Whitney U test),lateral femoral part(LFC)Angle by two independent samples t test,P values were 0.012,0.007,HKA and LFC Angle difference between the two groups was statistically significant,facies frontalis Angle of femoral part does not meet the normal distribution,the independent samplesnonparametric rank and inspection(the Mann-Whitney U test),P value is 0.739,FFC Angle difference statistically no difference.Facies frontalis tibia sections Angle,lateral tibial Angle of two indicators meet the normality test,therefore,by using two independent samples t test,P values were 0.155,0.338,cannot think facies frontalis tibia sections Angle and lateral tibial Angle values are different.Put activity after prosthesis flexion 0 °,30 °,45 °,60 °,90 ° Angle changes inside and outside,using the spearman rank correlation test,the correlation coefficient is 0.193,the P value is 0.02 correlation was statistically significant,in the process of the lower limb knee flexion,varus Angle has a decreasing trend.Conclusion:Computer navigation assisted TKA compared with the traditional method,improved significantly lower limb power line,the location of the prosthetic components more accurately,reduce incidence of prosthesis position buckling,but had no effect on computer navigation technology sagittal position on tibial and femoral prosthesis placed accuracy,migration has no statistical significance.Computer navigation under monitoring to knee arthroplasty after buckling process inside and outside double Angle change trend to decrease.
