This thesis discusses the forming of phlegm-dampness,the relationship between phlegm-dampness and metablic syndrome,and the therapy of metablic syndrome separately ,to analyse and discuss the feasibility and necessity of Lunzhi metablic syndrome based on phlegm-dampness,and adds a representative case to prove it.Via three aspects: the meaning of phlegm-dampness,the pathophysiology of forming of phlegm-dampness,the connection of phlegm-dampness and other pathogenic evils,to expatiate the forming of phlegm-dampness;via the pathological mechanism of phlegm-dampness induced metablic syndrome and enumerates several clinical researches,to prove that phlegm-dampness and metablic syndrome assotiate with each other tightly; the fundamental of the therapy aspact of metablic syndrome is based on spleen deficiency and dysfunction of the spleen in transport induced endogenous phlegm-dampness and metablic syndrome formed,to emphasizes the significance of strengthening spleen resolving phlem and removing dampress,and pay attention to accommodate other zang-fu,assist with wen-yang and regulating qi,activating blood and removing stasis and other treatment methods,put an end to the production of phlegm-dampness,there are lots of reports that through strengthening spleen resolving phlem and removing dampress to cure metablic syndrome can acquire good effects.So we can educe the conclution: dysfunction of the spleen in transport is the foundation of metablic syndrome,"phlegm-dampness"is the important pathogeny of metablic syndrome,the treatment of metablic syndrome should be based on strengthening spleen resolving phlem and removing dampress, assist with regulating qi,pay attention to accommodate other zang-fu, and activating blood and removing stasis and other treatment methods, so it can receive good effect.
