Correlation Analysis Of LH And LH/FSH In Patients With Phlegm-dampness Syndrome/non- Phlegm-dampness Syndrome Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:To study the characteristics and influencing factors of LH and LH/FSH in phlegm-wet/non-phlegm-wet PCOS patients ? It provides theoretical basis for future clinical diagnosis?Methods : From January 2013 to November 2019,1249 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome(pcos)were retrospectively included in the integrated clinical scientific research information system of gynecology outpatient department of the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine.According to TCM diagnostic criteria,823 cases of phlegm-dampness syndrome and 426 cases of non-phlegm-dampness syndrome were divided into different TCM syndromes,and the characteristics of LH and LH/FSH were statistically analyzed.The correlation between each indicator and LH and LH/FSH was recorded and statistically analyzed to analyze the influencing factors of LH and LH/FSH.Results : 1.The values of LH and LH/FSH in the phlegm-dampness syndrome group were lower than those in the non-phlegm-dampness syndrome group(P < 0.05),while there was no significant difference in the level of FSH between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.In the patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome(PCOS),LH was positively correlated with lipoprotein a,FSH,E2,T,DHEAS,AND,HDL,while LH was negatively correlated with 120 minutes glucose,30 minutes insulin,body weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,acanthosis nigrians,IR,FINS,60 minutes insulin,AND 120 minutes insulin.LH/FSH had a positive correlation with HDL,E2,P,T,AND,while LH/FSH had a negative correlation with age,acanthosis blackenii,60 min glucose,120 min glucose,IR,FINS,apo-b,body weight,BMI,waist circumference,excessive fat,AND FSH.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.In PCOS without phlegm AND dampness syndrome,LH was positively correlated with glucose,FSH,E2,P,T AND 180 min.LH/FSH is positively correlated with E2,P,T,AND.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions: 1.The levels of LH and LH/FSH in the phlegm-dampness syndrome were significantly different from those in the non-phlegm-dampness syndrome,while those in the non-phlegm-dampness syndrome were higher.2.In patients with phlegm and dampness syndrome,weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference and certain glucose and lipid metabolism indexes have a greater impact on LH and LH/FSH.3.In patients with non-phlegm dampness syndrome,E2,P,T,AND had a greater effect on LH,LH/FSH.
