| Purpose: To make the systematic review of "combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine" in treating threatened abortion, so that clinical treating decision can be made based on objective believable evaluation of the treatment to threatened abortion by the method, put forward the existent problem in the clinical research, draw up the methods to solve them.Method: All the randomized controlled trails about combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating threatened abortion were searched for systematic review.All the articles were evaluated based on Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trial and the articles were analysised with Revman4.2 software.Result: The effective power of the group of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine have conspicuous significance when compared with the western group (P<0.00001)and be conspicuous precede to the compound Chinese medicine group (P=0.0009). The group of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine have better effect than western medicine in improvingβ-HCG and progestin, disappearing of symptom, no significant differences was shown in the neonatal birth weight between the two groups.Conclusion:①The therapeutic effect of the treatment method of combined traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine indicated for fetal irritability is ascertain, the integrated traditional and western medicine (tcm-wm) therapy can exert respective advantages and learning from each other to ensure the effects of tocolytic therapy.②Chinese herbs combined with western medicine have these characteristic: effective,reliable and good for prepotency, it's a good therapy of treating threatened abortion and worth to applied in a large range.③Threatened abortion in combining treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is an effective method, because of the general poor methodological quality and potential publication bias, the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of threatened abortion should be evaluated by more rigorously designed randomized, multiply—center trails. |
