The Shoutai Pill 40 Cases Of Clinical Observations, Supplemented By Western Medicine Treatment Of Kidney Threatened Abortion

Objective:The terms TAI LOU, TAI DONG BU AN refer to threatened abortion(TA), and HUA TAI means to habitual abortion, which also calls recurrent spontaneous abortion(HA). They are very common diseases in the specialty of obstectrics and gynecology. To find a kind of safe and effective method that prevent from having a abortion by the means of clinic integration . Methods: 40 patients with the oviduct were selected in this research.They all received a combination of traditional Chinese medicine,Shoutaiwan, as well as western medicine of progesterone and HCG etc. To study the curative effects through the observe their symptoms before and after treatment, meanwhile the levels ofβ-HCG, P and ultrasound, to estimate the rate of threatened abortion by doing the statis-tic analysis. Results:8 cases were cured(20%). 24 cases(60%) were effective and 8 cases(20%) developed into miscarriage later, in which the total effective rate is 80%.Conclusions:The method of combination could adjust the endocrine and immunological function, ameliorate clinical symptom, the method is worth promotion in clinic.
