.120 Cases Of Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding Tcm Syndromes And Dialectical Retrospective Study Of The Relevant Factors

Objective:To discuss traditional Chinese medicine syndrome characteristics and related factors of syndrome differentiation of 120 hospitalized cases of anovulatory functional bleeding.Methods:After consulted all related articles about anovulatory functional bleeding published in recent 20 years,selecting documents of recordation on syndrome differentiation and Designing retrospective questionnaire about TCM syndrome of anovulatory functional bleeding according to Chinese gynecology,the the Guiding Principle of Clinical Study on New Drugs of Chinese Herbs and the Syndrome Criterion of TCM,the gynecology and obstetrics of integrated medicine,the Chinese Medicine syndrome principle Of ancient literature on DUB,Analysing them with software of spssl 1.5.Results:Collecting 120 hospitalized cases of anovulatory functional bleeding, According to frequencies analysis on the research,the main location of disease are Kidney(94 cases,occupy 78.3%),Liver(51cases,occupy 42.5%),Spleen(17 cases, occupy 14.2%).The main nature of disease are deficiency of qi(95 cases,occupy 79.2%),stagnation of blood(88 cases,occupy 73.3%),stagnation of qi(56 cases, covered 46.7%),deficiency of yin(39 cases,occupy 32.5%),and deficiency of blood,excess heat.The main syndrome type are deficiency of qi and yin(39 cases, occupy 32.5%),deficiency of qi and blood(38 cases,occupy 31.7%),deficiency of kidney and blood stasis(31cases,occupy 25.8%),and kidney-asthenia and liver depression,deficiency of spleen and kidney,stagnancy of liver and blood,stagnancy of liver and blood heat,deficiency of kidney and blood stasis and caloric.According to statistical analysis on the research,the correlation analysis between age and nature of disease,anemia degree had statistical significance(P＜0.05);the correlation analysis between the main symptom and endometrial thickness had statistical significance(P＜0.05);the correlation analysis between case history and anemia degree had statistical significance(P＜0.05).the correlation analysis between syndrome type and course of disease,vocational,gravidity and parity,endometrial thickness,anemia degree had not statistical significance(P＞0.05);the correlation analysis between the course of disease and anemia degree had not statistical significance(P＞0.05);the correlation analysis between the main symptom, endometrial thickness and anemia degree had not statistical significance(P＞0.05).Conclusion:1."Dieficency"and "Stagnation"are the main etiology and pathogenesis, having cause and effect relationship for each other,pathogenic inclusion of the two elements.2.the deficiency of qi and yin,the deficiency of qi and blood and the deficiency of kidney and blood stasis,the kidney-asthenia and liver depression are the main syndrome type of the 120 hospitalized cases of anovulatory functional bleeding. 3.Age,case history and anemia degree have reference value when clinic syndrome differentiation,helpful to improve the accuracy and normative of syndrome differentiation。...
