Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Menopausal Uterine Bleeding 60 Cases Medical Records Were Retrospectively Analyzed And Summarized

PurposesThe "benglou" is the vagina bleeding abrupt which is not during menstruation period or dripping blood.The former is called "bengzhong",while the latter is "louxia".Both of them are relatived to the western medicine term" dysfunctional uterine bleeding".It includes anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding and ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding.About 85%cases belong to anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding.But 50%cases occur during the pre-menopause periond.So the dysfunctional uterine bleeding in the pre-menopause occupies the most percent.In the T.C.M,when the pre-menopause comes,the kidney qi declines and blood is getting deficient so that the function of the liver,spleen,kidney getting injured occurring debility of Chong and Ren Channels and bleeding atemporal.Using the method of the treatment based on differentiation,the T.C.M has the some superiority than the western medicine in the regulating menstruation to stop blood and induced menopause,avoiding frequent diagnostic curettage.It has the marked effect in the reducing pain and changing clinic symptoms.The treatment experience of doctors in history was based on differentiation mostly of the kidney deficiency,spleen deficiency,depression of liver qi,blood heat,blood stasis,qi deficiency,yin deficiency and so on,but none of them give the undivided attention to discuss form the kidney.The author read a lot of the literature just only heap up the information making the reader not master the treatment of this disease very well.So this paper will focus on the kidney to discuss the a series of the pathogeny,pathogenesis,diagnosis, differentiate diagnosis,treatment based on differentiation,how to use the medicine and couple-medicine in the pre-menopause dysfunctional uterine bleeding,combining the experiences curing the patient and get the two main patterns and prescriptions. The purpose of this paper is to give some reference to this disease.MethodsThis research will use Combination method of the literature study and modern statistic to analyze and study in the literature about the "benglou" and previous doctors had used the prescription form the kidney.The paper includes two parts:the first one is the dissertation about the name of the "benglou" between T.C.M and Western medicine,diagnosis,differentiate diagnosis,treatment and point to the differentiation,collecting the most literature to sum up every period the clinic character,disease charater,pathogeny and pathogenesis,treatment based on differentiation,principle of the treatment,prescription;The second part use the statistic method to study the clinic cases about DUB,analyze the patient's information, course of diseases,the time in the hospital,the secondary affection,the results of the diagnostic curettage,instances of the using prescription and T.C.M.According to this, we can get the clinic dependences form the kidney treatment. ResultsThe 60 pre-menopause "benglou" patients in this research have the results following:40%out of 60 cases,who are suffering from pre-menopause "benglou", have disease courses less than 3 months.71.67%out of 60 cases,who are suffering from this disease,have the time in hospital is less than ten days and the blood stopping to cure and be effective is 78.34%.The patient feeling better is 8.3%and the symptoms change obviously is 86.64%.The results of the diagnostic curettage 56.67%is simple hyperplasia.The main secondary symptoms are anaemia and infection.The main pattern types are kidney deficiency and blood stasis or kidney deficiency and liver qi obstruction(blood stasis),the deficiency of the spleen and kidney qi.The high herbs with frequency usage are tonifying medicine,secondary is Blood-dissipating stasis medicine,Bleeding-stoping medicine and Heat-clearing medicine.The high frequency Prescriptions are Erzhi wan and Shixiao san.Secondary is Juyuan jian,Shengmai san and Shoutai wan.The pattern types have some relations to the diagnostic curettage.ConclusionAccording to this clinic cases research,we can draw a conclusion that the kidney deficiency is the main cause and the disease result with Chong and Ren Channels out of control.So the baisc therapy is treating kidney and regulate Chong and Ren Channels.To sum up the treatment methods are tonifying deficiency,stoping blood, clearing heat,promoting blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.There are 2 main prescriptions:Shengmai Erzhi Shixiao San,Juyuan Shoutai Wuqian tang.The former is used in the deficiency of the spleen and kidney,debility of Chong and Ren Channels,while the latter is used in the liver qi stasis kidney deficiency,blood heat and blood stasis.
