Retrospective Analysis And Summary Of 30 Benglou Records Treated By Professor Xieping

Objectives:According to Professor Xie Ping treatment of uterine bleeding were retrospectively analyzed,and research the Clinical diagnosis and medication experience of tutor treatment of uterine bleeding.Method:Collected by Professor Xie Ping admissions, in accordance with the inclusion criteria of outpatient and inpatient cases of 30 cases of uterine bleeding. The database was established by Microsoft Excel, Collate and analyze the basic condition of patients data, four diagnostic information of TCM syndrome type, treatment, curative effect, summarize the clinical experience of Professor Xie Ping on the treatment of uterine bleeding.Results:In this study,the age of 30 cases of uterine bleeding patient was a minimum of 13 years old, maximum 51 years; previous 17 cases of menstrual disorders, menstrual regularity were 13 cases; the shortest duration were 15 days, up to 6 months.After treatment, the clinical curative effect and 19 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly improved,3 cases were effective. The main clinical symptoms of uterine bleeding patients was irregular vaginal bleeding, based on quantity, color pink, not clip clot; Common secondary symptoms were:lassitude, followed by lumbar pain, less gas lazy words, lower abdomen pain.
