| Delayed gastric emptying(DGE)is one of the most frequent postoperative complication after pancreatoduod- enectomy.The etiology of DGE is notclear.At present,most res- earchers thought it is the result of neurol and humoral factors working together.Operation style and peritoneal complication are related risk factors of DGE.Other research demonstrate: blood glucose and postoperative anesthesia also affects gasthic emptying.The main therapy is conservetive with venous nutriti- on and gastero-intestinal dynamic drugs. |
