The Clinical Observation About The Therapy Combining Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine In Curing Raynaud's Disease

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the therapy combining traditional chinese and western medicine and approach the mechanism of Kang Mai Group on treating Raynaud's disease.Methods:Sixty-eight cases of Raynaud's disease are randomly divided into treatment group and control group,both are 34 cases.All are under general caring. The treatment group are treated with the therapy combining traditional Chinese and western medicine and the control group are treated with conventional therapy. After 1 month as a period of treatment, register the fore-and-aft quantification scores of the symptoms in Chinese medicine for the main clinical symptoms of patients, then analyse the data by the statistics.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group is 91.17%,and the control group is 58.82%.The effects have significant difference (P<0.05);2.The symptom scores of the two group are improved, and the treatment group is higher (P<0.05);3.The results of physical and chemical examination of all the patients are improved, and the treatment group was superior to the other (P<0.05).Conclusion:It has a positive therapeutic effect of the therapy combining traditional Chinese and western medicine for Raynaud's disease, and the efficacy is superior to conventional therapy. Kang Mai Group combined application convenience and can obtain good clinical outcomes.Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy for Raynaud's remarkable curative effect and high rate, it is worth popularizing.
