Cervical disease is degenerative cervical disc tissue changes and secondary pathological changes involved around organizational structure, caused all kinds of signs and symptoms of a disease. With social work and the pace of life is speeding up, the ageing of the population is becoming increasingly serious, the incidence rate showed an upward trend, age of onset was younger trend. The report showed that domestic investigation of the incidence of cervical 3.8% to 17.6% [1], in patients with cervical spondylosis and gradually become medical staff concerns. At present, the main treatment of cervical spondylosis to non-surgical therapy, Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine practices, as the characteristics of non-surgical method of treatment, is effective. According to incomplete statistics, 90% of the cervical spine of patients with non-surgical method of treatment, in our country, cervical disease in the non-surgical treatment of 90% of the patients treated by Chinese medicine practices, but in clinical practice, medical workers in the use of practices in the course of treatment, and sometimes effective, sometimes with little result. This attributed to the pathogenesis of cervical disease, the mechanism of way not yet fully explained. Over the last decade, with the advancement of technology, the pathogenesis of cervical disease research, the objective of the diagnosis, treatment means of diversification provided a theoretical and material support. A study found that the proliferation of cervical disease, oppression and pathogenesis of organizations have certain biological basis [2]. Adams pointed out: biomechanical study on the use of spinal load can be quantified and exercise, stress distribution and injuries of mechanisms to detect and improved treatment methods [3]. Therefore, this practice of Chinese medicine to the treatment of cervical disease biomechanical study on synthesis of the status quo, for the clinical efficacy of raising practices to provide guidance for further research and innovative methods to provide information.
