Medical imaging is a new major with the development of science and technology, has become the third treatment which compared with medical and surgical treatment. The continuous emergency of the new technologies, new methods, and the new equipment of the medical imaging is bound to bring about the higher demands of graduate education. Therefore the innovation of the traditional training model of the graduate education, the establishment for the purpose of improving the overall quality and if the spirit of innovation at the core, and meeting the demand of diversification in the market of the new post-graduate education training model, has become the urgent task of reforming the post-graduate education.Followed by the principle of objectivity, the theory and practice of principle and the development principle, this research uses the way of survey and comparative, After questionnaire recycling,carried on the statistical description on the data,on the basis of expounding upon the domestic and foreign graduate students, and finds the common features and basic laws, and propose the way to deal the scheme. At the same time, this research analysis the problem which existed in the post-graduate training at present, and recompose the model of post-graduate training.First, the fostering objective should combine the actual situation, establish medical imaging post-graduate training objectives, at the same time, expand enrollment ratio. Second, about the ways of training development. The re-examination should increase the weight that can be selected to take appropriate manner. With regard to curriculum and instruction form, we should adjust the elective courses and compulsory ones; strengthen training of capability and methods; reform teaching methods; focus on practice-oriented teaching; speed up the update teaching materials; supply teaching content; apply the modern teaching methods; maintain the flexibility of learning activities; carry out the elastic educational system; "Be strict with students' entrance and graduation". Third, the quality of the guarantee should be achieved by rigorous examination. Establish the comprehensive management by graduate school, college(department) as well as tutors and the tutor-guiding system. It is suggested that the check on the major-oriented graduates should use the experience of residents' standardization training for reference, while that on the scientific research- oriented graduates should focus on the training of theories as well as the creativity of scientific research. Establishing a reasonable assessment system means that we must control the quality of the following aspects: enrollment, the medium-term learning, assessment, management, dissertation, skills assessment, further study after graduation and the feedback from the employing units.
