Compound Traditional Chinese Medicine Research On The Impact Of The Movement Of The Body's Immune Function

Objective:To observe and explore the possible mechanism of the effects of compound of Chinese traditional sturdy-positive-medicine on immunologic function of middle and long distance runners.Enrich the studies of Chinese traditional medicine in the fields of exercise immunology and lay the foundation for the development and application of Chinese traditional medicine.Methods:Twenty-two middle and long distance runners were divided into two groups according to the item and sex:medicine group and control group.They were given 200ml per dose of Chinese traditional sturdy-positive-medicine preparation and same placebo respectively every morning and evening for 2 months.The level of serum IL-1β,IL-2,IL-6,IgA,SIgA,IgG and WBC at rest were measured.T test was done with SPSS 14.0 for Windows software.The significance reached is P＜0.05.Results:After 2 months of treatment,the change of the serum IgA,SIgA,IL-1β,IL-6 and WBC of the control group were insignificant(P＞0.05),IgG,IL-2 increased remarkably(P＜0.05);the serum IgA,SIgA,IgG,IL-2,IL-6 and WBC of the medicine group increased significantly (P＜0.05),the change of IL-1βwas insignificant(P＞0.05).At the beginning,there was no significant difference between the medicine group and the control group of the indicators we measured(P＞0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the serum IgA,IgG and WBC of the medicine group significantly higher than the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of the serum SIgA,IL-1β,IL-2,IL-6(P＞0.05).Conclusions:1 Compound of Chinese traditional sturdy-positive-medicine prescriptions could obviously increase WBC,improve the body's non-specific immunity.2 Compound of Chinese traditional sturdy-positive-medicine prescriptions could obviously promote the serum IgA,SIgA,IgG level,improve the body's humoral imm-unity.3 Compound of Chinese traditional sturdy-positive-medicine prescriptions could obviously promote the serum IL-6,improve the body's NEI(nerve-endocrine-immune network)adjusting function.
