The Regulation Of Chinese Traditional Medicine To Cell Immunity Function Of Obstructive Jaundice Postoperatively

Objective To observe the effect of improving liver function and cell immunity function of obstructive jaundice by applying Chinese traditional medicine postoperatively. Methods 48 obstructive jaundice patients which hospitalized from 2002.11 to 2004.3 were randomly divided into general therapy group, glycyrrhizin group and Chinese traditional medicine group. Treating with panax notoginseng saponins and hormone , to the glycyrrhizin group and Chinese traditional medicine group , except the above method, glycyrrhizin and LIDANFUZHENGKELI were added after postoperatively . the blood serum CHE,TBIL, were monitored respectively before operation and Id, 4d, 7d postoperatively. CD4, CD8 of subgroup of thymusdependent lymphocytes were measured respectively Id, 7d postoperatively. Comparing the difference among them on content.. Result No significant difference was found in the three groups on every indexes postoperative Id (p.>0.05); the blood serum CHE level of glycyrrhizin group and Chinese traditional medicine group wassignificantly higher than general therapy group's 7d postoperatively (p<0.05); the icterus index of Chinese traditional medicine was higher than glycyrrhizin group and general therapy group (p<0.05); CD4, CD4/CD8 was significantly higher than general therapy group (p<0.05). Conclusion Astragalus could improve the cell immunity function of obstructive jaundice postoperatively. Artemisia capillaries thumb has the effect of smoothing gallbladder, reducing jaundice and protecting liver .therefore , Chinese traditional medicine is one of the important assistant measures to treating obstructive jaundice on Perioperative stage. Glycyrrhizin has a satisfied effect of protecting liver. While whether it has the effect of regulating cell immunity is not certain , furtherly study maybe necessary .
