Through the collation of ancient and modern literature, depicted the disease research of stroke pathogenesis, and raised four kind of innovative pathogenesis hypothesis on stroke:1. Hypothesis of other diseases changed into stroke (endogenous wind). Diseases like Hypertension, coronary heart disease, could change into sroke, when sudden imbalance of yin-yang happens.2.
