Channel qi comes from qi of Zang-fu,further analyze the relativity between channel qi and the oxygen and the relatedmetabolism matter, inquiry into the essence of channel qi and acupuncture mechanismthat regulates channel qi, resolve corresponding problems channel qi of traditionalChinese medicine acupuncture and oxygen theories of the modern physiology to someextent to consummate the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and provide theoriessupport for clinical treatment and adjustion of channel qi.Methods:1. Grouping: Examine qi deficiency group and the contrast group's blood gasanalysis index and the blood plasma SOD vitality, the MDA content by two groupsseparately.2. The qi deficiency patients' blood oxygen content is at the low horizontal position,but the carbon dioxide content is at the high level condition. The production of qideficiency patients' organism oxygen free radical increases, but eliminating theoxygen free radical function reduces, the oxygen metabolism condition is bad insidebody.2. According to the examines,it shows that qi and oxygen of modern physiology haverelativity, channel qi has something to do with oxygen and its metabolism thingfurther.3. Base on the above results, we think that the mechanism that acupuncture andmoxibustion adjust channel qi may be regulation of oxygen and its metabolism.4. SOD possibly is one of substantive contents of the meridian and channel qi.
