| Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of treating chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) with Si- Ni-Si-Jun-Zi-Tang and explor the mechanism of treating chronic atrophic gastritis with Jia-Wei-Si-Ni-San and explore the mechanism from theoretical and clinical aspects.Method: 60 cases with CAG are divided into two groups at random. Si-Ni-Si-Jun-Zi-Tang is given treatment group, and at the same time folic acid is given control group.Results: The totally effective rate of treatment group come to 93.33 %, while that of control group is 76.67%, and there is a significant difference between the treatment group and control group (P＜0.5). Treatment group can improve significantly the symptoms such as gastralgia, abdominal distention, debilitation, belching, coprostasis, loose stool, and the curative effect is better than that of control group.Conclusion: Si-Ni-Si-Jun-Zi-Tang is a safe and effective drug of treating CAG, and the mechanism might be related to facilitation gastric emptying, accommodation immunity, amelioration microcirculation of gastric mucosa, disinfection, and prevention canceration. |
