| Objective:Observing the curative effect through two groups of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine with clinical medication, comparing the two groups of non- infectious urethral syndrome patients with the improvement of clinical symptom, curing course of treatment which needs as well as recurrence rate and so on. Manifesting the superiority of non- infectious urethral syndrome's treatment with Si Miao Suo Quan Fang. To analyze the mechanism of action of LinZheng that renal deficiency with humid and hot, by its medicine composement and constructive principle, from the point of traditional Chinese medicine' view. Taking the Chinese medicine theory as the foundation, affirmation the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine by clinical experimental datum. Thus building the foundation for further treatment of non- infectious urethral syndrome by traditional Chinese medicine.Method:1. Clinical Data: All case of patients come from Chinese medicine hospital of Xiangfan City (including hospital patients and Outpatients), Hubei Province. They are conformed to the modern medicine diagnosis of non- infectious urethral syndrome, and traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis of Linzheng. Choosing 78 patients who are conformed to the condition of renal deficiency with humid and hot as research objects, from all the patients whom are consistent with both diagnosis. Divided them into two groups by the sequence they saw the doctor. One group that using the traditional Chinese medicine is therapic group, and the other group that using western medicine is comparison group. Their aren't Obvious difference by statistics processing between two groups, for patient's sexuality, years of age, course of disease as well as pathogenetic condition and so on. So the two groups are comparable. 2. The Method Of Using Medicine: There are 42 patients in therapic group, and Si Miao Suo Quan Fang is the basic medicine. The patients were given this medicine one dosis a day, and take it by two time. And there are 36 patients in comparison group, they were given oryzanol 20mg each time, three times a day, at the same time they were requested to take diazepam 5 mg once a day before went to bed. The two groups all took two weeks as a course of treatment.3. The Observation Of Therapeutic Effect: Observing patients' change of the two group before and after giving medicine for the improvement of clinical symptom, curing course of treatment which needs as well as recurrence rate and so on. Then dealing the data with statistics, and comparing the two group' curative effect.4. The Sefety Detection: The two group of patients were asked to do some detection, such as blood routine examination, urine routine examination, stool routine examination, liver function and renal function, in order to know whether there are any toxic effect or side effect by using Si Miao Suo Quan Fang.5. Statistics Method: Measurement data adopt t-test, and the data are indicated by(mean±S.D), or ((?)±S). Enumeration data adopt chi-square test. Rank data adopt Riditanalysis.Results:1. Adverse Effect, Toxic Effect And Side Effect: Therearen't obvious adverse effect, toxic effect or side effect in both therapic group and comparison group during the clinically experimental period. It didn't occur abnormal changes that related with treatment before and after the treatment in blood routine examination, urine routine examination, stool routine examination, liver function and renal function.2. The Comparison Of Clinical Therapeutic Effect: The symptoms and shysical signs of two groups' patients after treatment were obviously improved. In therapic group there are 28 patients recovered, 10 patients effective, 4 patients ineffective, and the total effective rate was 90.48%. And in comparison group there are 12 patients recovered, 18 patients effective, 6 patients ineffective, and the total effective rate was 83.33%. The clinical therapeutic effect between the two groups is significant difference by statistics analysis (P＜0.05).3. The Comparison Of The Improvement About Main Clinical Symptoms: After the treatment, the patients' feeling of the two groups about urinate frequently, urinate endlessly, urethra pain as well ashypogastrium with limb spasm and so on were ameliorated. Analyzed by statistics, and we could found that thenumerus of Pwere smaller than 0.05, which manifested that there had difference between two kinds of medicine on ameliorating patients' clinical symptoms. Furthermore, the therapic group was more superior than the comparison group on therapeutic effect. Therefore Si Miao Suo Quan Fang improving patients' main clinical symptoms is superior than the combination of oryzanol and diazepam.4. The Comparison Of Recurrence Rate: therapic group had 28 sanative patients, but recured 3, the recurrence rate is 10. 71%, comparison group had 12 sanative patients, but recured 6, the recurrence rate is 50.00%. Recurrence rate of two groups handled by statistics draws the conclusion that thenumerus of Pwere smaller than 0.05, explanation that therapic group and comparison group had difference in recurrence matter after the therapy.Conclusion:1. Si Miao Suo Quan Fang has exact therapeutic effect on non- infectious urethral syndrome patients, and it's superior than the combination of oryzanol and diazepam.2. Observation the patients' indicatrix of therapic group and comparison group such as blood routine examination, urine routine examination, stool routine examination, liver function and renal function, etc. didn't found any toxic effect or side effect in clinical utilization of Si Miao Suo Quan Fang.3. Si Miao Suo Quan Fang could conspicuously relieve patients' feeling about urinate frequently, urinate endlessly, urethra pain as well as hypogastriumwith limb spasm and so on, shorten the time of clinical symptoms' disappearance or relieverance, degrade the recurrence rate, improvement the laboratory indicatrix of urethral dynamics and so on. |
