Study On The Evolution Of TCM Syndromes And Non-infectious Urethral Syndromes In Sjogrenundefineds Syndrome

Objective:Through the collection and analysis of clinical cases,the distribution law of TCM syndromes in patients with Sjogren syndrome was summarized,and the syndrome differentiation of Sjogren syndrome was suIImmarized,which provided guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome.The evolution and distribution of TCM syndromes of Sjogren syndrome combined with non-infective urethral syndrome were studied,and the diagnosis rate of clinical Sj ogren syndrome and the living standard of patients were improved.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,we selected 100 patients who met the International Diagnostic(classification)criteria for Dry syndrome in Europe,which was revised in 2002,and were treated in the Department of Rheumatism,geriatrics and inpatient departments of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital.50 cases of medical examination personnel in our hospital.Collect the basic information and clinical symptoms of patients,fill in the information collection form and symptom-syndromes corresponding scale,summarize the patients’age,sex,personal history,family history,first sy’mptoms,main symptoms,onset patterns and other distribution,summarize and study the distribution of patients with disease syndromes and pathological syndromes,and summarize the syndrome differentiation of Sjogren syndrome.At the same time,the correlation between Sj ogren syndrome and non-infective urethral syndrome was investigated,and the changes of syndromes in patients with Sjogren’s syndrome complicated with non-infective urethral syndrome were analyzed and summarized.Result:The study included 100 patients with Sjogren’s syndrome,the pathological syndromes in order of frequency are:Yin deficiency,dryness,blood stasis,qi stagnation,heat,qi deficiency,phlegm dampness,Yang deficiency,blood deficiency,external wind,cold,the pathogen is:kidney,lung,spleen,liver,heart;syndrome differentiation is:liver and kidney yin deficiency,yin deficiency,Qi Yin two deficiency,yin deficiency internal heat,blood stasis,Yin deficiency blood stasis and so on.At the same time,it was found that patients with Sjogren’s syndrome were more common in middle-aged and elderly women,with obvious family aggregation tendency,and patients had a personal history of staying up late,working on the casework,and having great mental stress,and the system involved kidney as more common.The incidence of non-infective urethral syndrome in Sjogren’s syndrome is higher than that in the general population.Among the 13 patients with Sjogren’s syndrome complicated with non-infective urethral syndrome,the pathological syndromes were:phlegm dampness,qi deficiency and heat,and the symptoms were:kidney,spleen,liver and lung.The syndrome differentiation is as follows:Liver kidney loss deficiency,Qi Yin two deficiency,phlegm wet spleen,qi deficiency wet heat,lung kidney qi deficiency.Conclusion:The disease position of Sjogren syndrome is mainly in lung kidney,with kidney as the key,pathological factors are mainly yin deficiency,qi deficiency,common syndrome differentiation is liver and kidney yin deficiency,yin deficiency,Qi Yin two deficiency,yin deficiency internal heat The incidence of Sjogren’s syndrome is closely related to age,sex,family history and personal history,and is more common in middle-aged and elderly women,and has obvious family aggregation tendency,which is consistent with epidemiological research.The proportion of bad living habits,such as staying up late and working on a casework,has increased in the development of Sjogren’s syndrome.The first and common symptoms of Sjogren’s syndrome were dry mouth dry eye,but the frequency of vaginal itching and urinary tract symptoms increased compared with that of literature research.At the same time,it was found that the key to the pathogenesis of Sjogren syndrome complicated with non-infective urethral syndrome is kidney,which is related to the evolution of phlegm dampness,Qi deficiency and other pathological factors,the main syndrome differentiation is hepatic kidney loss deficiency,phlegm dampness spleen,Qi deficiency and dampness.The symptoms of Sjogren’s syndrome complicated with non-infective urethral syndrome are still mainly dry mouth and dry eye,and also see bad urine,irritable irritability,urethral pain and so on.
