| ObjectiveWe observed the clinical effect of the Tiaojiing Acesodyne Direction on treating the blood stasis due to cold of primary dysmenorrhea which provided scientific basis for the treatment's appliciation in clinic.Methods64 cases corresponded to the clinical diagnostic criteria of primary dysmenorrhea, the traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria and dialectical diagnostic criteria of the blood stasis due to cold ofdysmenorrhea, who collected from October, 2004 to October, 2006 in hubei province traditional chinese medicine hospital clinic. The cases were divided into two groups randomly: treat group(n=34)and control group(n=30). The treat group take Tiaojiing Acesodyne Direction (Radix Angelicae Sinensis15g, Rhizoma Chuanxiong10g, Raidix Paeoniae Alba10g, Myrrha10g, Comu Cervi Degelatinatum10g, Fructus Evodiae10g, Radix Codonopsis 15g, artemisiae anomale10g, Fructus Foeniculi10g, Corydalis tuber10g, Fuctus Toosendan10g, Radix Notoginseng 10 g, Radix Glycytthizae 10g). If loose stool in menstruation, we choosed stir-baked Rhizoma Atractylodis macrocephalae with soil, Poria for invigorating the spleen and checking diarrhea. If nauseated disgorging, we choosed Rhizoma Pinelliae. If lower abdomen crymodynia and tricks ice cold in menstruation, we choose Semen Cuscutae, Folium Artemisiae Argyi, Radix Linderae for warming yang and eliminafing cold to stop pain. If blood stagnant becomed blood stasis, we choosed Herba Lycopi, Caulis Spatholobi, Pollen Typhae for cold blood stasis. one dosis per day, decocted 300ml by water, Taking the medicine sooner and later. Caplendus begin before one week of menstluation, and discontinuation in the third days of menstruation. All continued three menstrual cycles. The control group took YueYueShu Dissolved Medicines(Flos Carthami, Radix Salviae Milfiorrhiae, Rhizoma, Cortex Cinnamomi and so on), one pouch (10g)every time, took medicine after mixing with boiled water, bid. The treat time lasted as long as the treat group. Observed the changes of the symptom, tongue, pulse, Taken the safety observation such as: blood routine, Hepatic function, renal function and urinary routine. The measuement data had been analysed by t test, while numeration data analysed byχ~2 and the ranked data had been tested by Ridit analysis.Results1 Treat goup treated the lood stasis due to cold of primary dysmenorrhea showed 82.35% rate, clinical efficient 94.12% always; Control group showed 56.67% rate, clinical efficient 67.65% always. It indicated that Tiaojiing Acesodyne Direction had no harmful reaction in the course of clinical application.ConclusionTiaojiing Acesodyne Direction could effectively treat the blood stasis due to the cold of primary dysmenorrhea, and it was worth using widely in clinic. |
