| OBJECTIVETO observe the curative effect and saftly of Yishen' ye to treatchronic renal failure(CRF)(insufficiency type of kidney-yang) byiontophoresis, and search an easy economy safe effective method intreating that.METHODSAll 60 patients from the HuBei Provincial TCM Hospital, conforming tothe diagnostic standard, according to their typies, were randomly dividedinto two groups: therappeutic group of Yishen' ye iontophoresis(GroupA, n=30), Routinemedicine control group(GroupB, n=30). According to requirement of disease twogroups were treated With routine medicine. GroupA took Yishen' yeiontophoresis, 30minutes each time, everyday. The therapeutic period oftwo groups was one month. Before and after treatments checked the Blood-Rt,Urine-Rt,Urine protein quantity of 24hours(24hupq),Alband, tooknotessymptoms of the patients. Then observing the difference of both curativeand safe indexes between before and after treatments.RESULTS1 The total effective rate of groupA was 86.67% and that of groupBwas 76.67%. there was significant difference between groupA andgroupB (P＜0.05), the effect of Yishen' ye treats deficiency ofkidney-yang by iontophoresis was fairly.2 There was significant difference between before and aftertreatments in the total scores of two groups, which indicatec thattwo groups could improve the symptoms (P＜0.01), and there wassignificant score difference between groupA and groupB, groupA wasbetter than that of groupB (P＜0.05).3 The two groups could decrease 24hupq, increase Alb and Hb (P＜0.05); The effect of groupA was better than that of groupB (P ＜0.05).4 Two groups could decrease BUN,Scr, increase Ccr in CRF (P＜0.05);there was not significant difference between groupA and groupB(P＞0.05).5 There was no abnormality between before and after treatments amongtwo groups which indicated that Yishen' ye iontophoresis was asafe,effect,no side effect and no toxicity treatment method fordeficiency type of kidney-yang.CONCLUSIONThe clinical observation indicated that Yishen' ye iontophoresis hadgood effect on deficiency type of kidney-yang. It could efficientlyimprove the symptoms, decrease 24hupq, increase Alb and Hb, improve renalfunction, and there was no any side effect of Yishen' ye. Yishen' yeiontophoresis was an effective convenient and safe treatment methond fordeficiency type of kidney-yang. |
