Objective: To study the effect and mechanism of BuShenXieDu Granules in treatment of CRF. Methods: 82 cases of CRF were collected according to the diagnostic standards of CRF in western medicine and standards of syndrome differentiation in TCM, and randomly divided into two groups: the treat group(42)were treated with BuShenXieDu Granules and control group(40)treated with NiaoDuQing(å°¿æ¯'清) Powder.
