Yin And Yang Through With A Hole The Treatment Of Hemiplegia Spasticity Clinical Efficacy Observed

Objective: To investigate the effects of acupuncture on the hemiplegia spasticity patients ; To probe the effective acupuncture methods.Methods:60cases of hemiplegia spasticity patients were randomly divided into the common group treated with yang meridian puncture by Jianyu,Quchi,Shousanli,Waiguan,Hegu,Zusanli,Yanglingquan,Jiexi ,and the yin combined yang meridian puncture group by Jiquan,Chize,Shaohai,Neiguan,Jianyu,Hegu,Taixi,Sanyinjiao,Zhaohai,Fengshi,Weizhong,Zusanli,Fenglong. All of the patients took medication and healing exercitation. Before and after the treatment , the degree of spasm , the level of motor function and the ability for daily life etc, were evaluated by modified Ashworth spasm grading , Barthel index and SIAS.Results: The treatment of yin combined yang meridian puncture has the effect of improving the hemiplegia spasticity patients' dyskinesia.Conclusion:Yin combined yangmeridian puncture can improve the hemiplegia spasticity patients' dyskinesia.
