Analysis Of Public Health Ethics

Public health has become a crucial issue in the developing countries. So-called public health can be defined as population health, it is public hygiene generally which has comprehensive social relationship. Public health ethics is the summation of all ethics public health problems and principles which should be pursued in solve these ethics problems. In this paper, the writer unscramble the crisis problems about public health in our country at present, explain the ethical essence of the origin, existence and development about public health, clarify health promoting idea from the causes to the measures, macro-control of the government, distributing rationally of public health resource to the demand to individual behavior and moral conduct. The writer mentioned the strategic thinking about public health should keep a foothold in the homeland and look towards internationality. It is benefit to raise the whole people's health level and construct our harmonious socialism society. The study of the topic has theoretical and practical meaning.
