| Diabetic nephropathy(DN),as one of the common complications ofdiabetes mellitus(DM),is also one of the main detal cause of diabeticpatients. The prevalence rate of DN is 40～50% in type 1 diabetes and20% in type 2 diabetes. DN has become the most important cause which leadto end-stage renal disease (ESRD),results in heavy pecuniary burden forpatients' family and the sociecy. Uptonow, there is no effective methodsto prevent or cure it in modern medicine, and Chinese medicine has greatadvantage in postponing the course of DN.This thesis involves in 2 parts, the summarize of literature andclinical research. The review articles discuss progression of Chineseand western medicine on etiopathogenisis, pathogenesis and therapeuticsof DN. The clinical research was designed to be random with control, wecollected 64 DN patients according to the standard of MogenSen, belongingto deficiency of kidney-QI with turbid—dampness type. With the basetreatment, the treatment group were treated by Chinese medicine andenema, and the control group were treated with the angiotensin convertingenzyme-Novartis. We contrasted the quantificat scores of symptoms inChinese medicine and laboratory reports in order to analyze the curativeeffect and indication of Chinese medicine treating DN. The result showsthat:the treatment group can ameliorate the renal function, reduceurinary albumin, improve the clinical symptom, protect the function ofkidney, ameliorate the anaemia, It's better than the control groupobviously, shows the good foreground of application. |
