Qi Wei Particle Treatment Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is one of the common diabetic micrangium complication diseases, and also the main detal cause of diabetic patients. DN has become the most important cause which lead to end-stage renal disease (ESRD), due to the high incidence and the prolong of diabetic patients'lifetime. In our country, the base number of diabetic is large, so there are a lot of DN patient, and the ratio of ESRD led by DN is still growing. The pathogeny, pathogenesis, prevention and treatment are paid more and more attention.This article comprise the summarize of literature and clinical research. The summarize of literature probe into the pathogeny, pathogenesis, diagnose, treatment and the recent progression from the angle of the Chinese medicine and Western medicine. The clinical research was designed to be open, random with control, chose 60 DN patients according to the standard of MogenSen, belonging to defiency of both the vital energy and yin, obstruction of superficial venulles type. Simul with the base treatment, aiming at its pathogenesis, the treatment group were given Qiwei, and the control group were treat with the angiotensin converting enzyme -Novartis. The result shows that: Qiwei can improve the clinical symptom, reduce urinary albumin, ameliorate the high filtration of glomerule, protect the function of kidney, improve the condition of blood flow. It's better than the control group obviously, shows the good foreground of application.
