Ea Sanyinjiao Ease Labor Pain Clinical Observation

111 parturients were randomly divided into control , consoled and electroacupuncture groups.Then treat them with relevant methods.On different times,observating the doctors'grades , parturients'grades on labour pain andβ-EP in blood.Result1. Synthesizing the every times'data,we find that there are significant difference of the doctors'grades and parturients'grades in the three groups(P<0.01).By more comparing within groups, we find that the electroacupuncture group has the best ease pain effect, the consoledgroup have better effect .2. Then we compare within groups in every time,we find that at 30 minutes of retaining the needle, after 1 hour of needle, after 2 hours of needle, after 4 hours of needle, there are significant difference of the doctors'grades in the three groups(P<0.05). Based on the numbers of the parturients every pain grade, we can see that the electroacupuncture group have best ease pain effect. At 15 minutes and 30 minutes of retaining the needle, after 1 hour of needle, after 2 hours of needle, there are significant difference of the parturients'grade in the three groups(P<0.05). The electroacupuncture group has the best ease pain effect, the consoledgroup have better effect .3. By the time past , we obversed the effects , we found that the electroacupuncture group's lying-in women's pain evolved most slowly. Compared to pain of before acupunvture , there is significant difference at one time of electroacupuncture group(P<0.05) ,there are significant difference at four times of control group(P<0.05), there are significant difference at five times of consoled group(P<0.05).4.β-EP in blood were all significantly increased in the three groups,in electroacupuncture group
