Purpose: Study the theoretical study of knee osteoarthritis research progress;Analysis of the role of acupuncture in osteoarthritis of the knee mechanism.Evaluate the clinical treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee in the clinical efficacyand safety; Looking for the best option of osteoarthritis of the knee withacupuncture treatment in Singapore. To study the clinic curative effect ofacupuncture on knee osteoarthritisA large number of clinical studies have shown the treatment of osteoarthritisof the knee: acupuncture is effective, precise, the reaction of small, and thereforehas good prospects.Method: Clinical diagnosis of osteoarthritis of the knee will meet thestandards 64 patients were randomly divided into 32 cases of the acupuncturegroup, 32 cases of Chinese medicine. Acupuncture group acupuncture treatmentonce a day, 10 times as a treatment group to Chinese medicine for oral medicinetreatment. Dangguisini soup daily dose, a course of 10 doses. After one course oftreatment, record the changes in symptoms, focusing on individual symptoms wereobserved before and after treatment efficacy.Result: Statistically, after treatment: acupuncture group were 9cases, 30%,effective 20 cases and 1 case, with a total effective rate of 96.7%. Medicine group,there were 6 cases, accounting for 1.9%, effective 22 cases, 4 cases, with a totaleffective rate of 87.5%. Comparison between the two groups was significantlyhigher than that of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine group (P<0.05)and significant; Overall treatment effects of the acupuncture group (P<0.05), avery significant, individual symptoms (P<0.05), with significant differences.11.633+0.504 total score acupuncture treatment before symptoms after treatment7.4667+0.3415; 10.375+0.4872 medicine before treatment, after treatment7.25+0.4445 between the two groups (P<0.05), with significant differences.Individual symptoms after treatment, the acupuncture group improved knee pain,swelling and pain characteristics, with significant differences between the twogroups, the effects of the acupuncture group was superior to those of traditionalChinese medicine.The author has strictly followed the guideline set by his/her supervisor incollecting of data, analysing of symptoms and signs as well as recording everyrelevant documentary report, as to ensure the quality of this thesis.Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee with goodeffect.
