Mechanism And Prevention Of Low Back Pain After Lumbar Disc Herniation Discussed

It is the common syndrome that backleg pain after the operation of lumbar disc herniation .Though so many scholars have explored on this syndrome, the incidence still high. The theory of pathogenesis and prevention about this syndrome is so complex. This thesis explain the pathogenesis, prevention and treatment on details by collecting and summarizing so many literatures, study on some problems of clinical research and give prospect. At the same time, adopting traction and manipulation way which is based on tutor's theory of cataplasis on spinal column to treat 32 patients who have this syndrome, discuss the mechanism and treatment by observing and analyzing all clinical datas.
