Deficiency Of Kidney Essence The Study Of The Influence Of The Reinforcement Function Of The Liver In Male Mice

Objective To create the deficiency of kidney essence animal model, and find out the function 's change of the liver system from the aspect of the liver being in charge of musculature zones. To study the relationships of kidney and liver from at from this angle, and rudimental reveal the essence of the relationships between kidney and liver, and demonstrate the part of the scientific connotation of this theory.Methods ①Mice were divided into 3 groups: normal group, model group, and Yi Guan prescription group. Using fear and excess of sexual intercourse to make the deficiency of kidney essence animal model for 21 days. Male mice were mated with rut female mice from 8pm to 8am and then were feared by cat from 8am to 8pm.②Yi Guan prescription: Glehnia Root, dwarf lilyturf , radix rehmanniae, medlar, Angelica Sinensis, fructus meliae toosendan. ③Observe the changes of mice' hepatic and muscle glycogen, blood sugar of each group.④Use the method of immunohistochemistry to detect the abundance ratio and distribution of cholinesterase of each group. ⑤Observe the changes of skeletal muscle under light microscope of each group. Observe the changes of skeletal muscle ultrastructure under electron microscope of each group.Results ①The model group has phanero-anomaly changes: weight decreased, hair abscission, lazy, stool no- shape, and easy to rage, et al.②The hepatic and muscle glycogen, blood sugar in model mice decreased greatly ( P<0.01 ) , Yi Guan Prescription group has no obvious changes(P>0.05).③The expression of cholinesterase in model mice decreased significantly, but Bu Gan group increased greatly. ? ④Model mice have obvious anomaly in histology in testes. Compared with normal group, Yi Guan Prescription can relieve the impairment level of testes. (5) ④Model mice have obvious anomaly in ultrastructure in testes. Bu Yi Guan Prescription group hasn't obvious changes.Conclusion We succeeded in creating the deficiency of kidney essence animal model. The study has found that the hepatic and muscle glycogen, blood sugar in model mice decreased greatly ( P<0.01 ) , obvious anomaly in histology and in ultrastructure, the expression of cholinesterase decreased significantly, but Bu Gan Prescription suggested that it can improve these anomaly changes.The study reveals the essence of the relationships between kidney and liver, and demonstrate the part of the scientific connotation of this theory.
