G Liver Capsules Treatment Of Fatty Liver, Clinical Observations,

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and blight of Ke Gan Zhi Capsule(KGZC) to patients with fatty liver, which belong to Blood stasis and damp-turbid or deficiency of the liver and kidney and depression of heat syndrome by TCM Bianzheng. To evaluate objectively the validity and security of KGZC in treating fatty liver ,inquiry into its function mechanism, guide its in the clinical application.Methods:The qualified test-acceptors were divided into treated group and control group .they were given the drugs on time order. The remedial drug and simulant drug were numbered at random and double-blind. KGZC and Dong Bao Gan Tai(DBGT)were used to remedial drug and contract drug. Their administrations were 5s and 3s, there times a day. Refering to the clinical directive rule of new Chinese herb and the development of fatty liver research the time of treatment was sure to three months. Begin follow-up study on the third month after the end of treatment According to the observed results, evaluated the treatment effectiveness. 1.The inditricative of treatment effectiveness(1) Accumulated score of sympotum and sign;(2)Weight and the ratio of waist perimeter to part perimeter;(3)Blood lipid(TC,TG) and liver function(ALT,AST,GGT)test;(4)B type ultrasonic test 2.Security tests include the three frequent exams, kidney function and ECG At last, analysed the statistic datas with two sides test When P≤0.05, it was considered as statistic meanings.Results:After three months treatment, both groups can improve significantly the clinic sympotums(p<0.001), reduce serum transaminase(ALT,AST,GGT)and blood lipid (TC,TG)(p<0.05) lighten the degree of pathological changes of liver reflecting by B type ultrasonic(p<0.05).There is no significant difference between the two groups in reducing weight and the ratio of waist perimeter to part perimeter(p>0.05),and no significant difference on improving liver function, reducing serum total cholestrerol(TC) and triglyceride(TG)(p>0.05).The total treatment effect is similar(p>0.05) But the treated group was significantly better than the control one in improve symptom and lightening the degree of pathological changes of liver reflecting by B type ultrasonic(p<0.05). After three months follow-up study, there are significant difference in symptom integral and level of serum triglyceride between two groups(p<0.05).Conclusion:By three months treatment and follow-up study, the clinic effect of KGZC is a little superior to DBGT, but in improving symptom and lightening the degree of pathological changes of liver reflecting by B type ultrasonic, KGZC is much better...
