Fatty Liver Pills Treatment Of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Clinical Research

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and blight of The Traditional Chinese herb medicine zhi gan xiao Wan (ZGX)to nonalcoholic patients with fatty liver, which are belong to damp-turbid stop and blood stasis sympathy by TCM Bian zheng To evaluate objectively the validity and security of ZGX in treating fatty liver , inquiry into its function mechanism , guide it in the clinical application. Methods:The qualified test-acceptors were divided randomly into two groups :the treatment group and the control group . There were 30 patients in each groups without significance in sex , age , symptoms pattern between two groups (P>0.05).The treatment group took The Traditional Chinese herb medicine ZGX. The control group took Gan De Jian (GDJ). Refer to the Clinical directive rule of new Chinese herb and development of fatty liver reseach the time of treatment was sure to three months . According to the observed results , evaluated the treatment effectiveness . The study was designed to investigate the changes of clinical syndrome , physical sign , liver function , blood lipid before and after the treatment by physical and lab test. Results:1, The total efficient of the treatment group is 80.00% ,of the control group is 76.76% . The total treatment effect of both groups is similar(P>0.05). It indicating the treatment of ZGX is similar to the treatment of GDJ .2, After three months treatment, both groups can improve significantly the total integral calculus of symptoms and advertises (P<0.01).And the treated group is significantly better than the control one (P<0.05).3, Both groups can reduce the weight (P < 0.05). There is no significant difference on the two groups(P>0.05).4, Both groups can reduce significantly serum transaminase (ALT, AST, GGT)and blood lipid(TC, TG) (P<0.05). There is no significant difference on improving liver function (P>0.05). But has significant difference on reducing blood lipid (TC, TG)(P<0.05).5, On lightening the degree of pathological changes of liver reflecting by B type ultrasonic , both groups have significant difference (P<0.05).Compared with the control group , the treated group has a better result (P<0.05).Conclusions:By three months treatment, the clinical effect of ZGX is a litter superior to GD J , but in improving the total integral calculus of symptoms and advertises , reducing blood lipid (TC-. TG),reducing weight and lightening the degree of pathological changes of liver reflecting by B type ultrasonic , ZGX is much better than GDJ, Therefore ,ZGX is adapt to fatty liver patients with damp-turbid stop and blood stasis .It can either reduce blood lipid or protect the liver function and reduce serum transaminsase . It has been certified a safe and effective prescription of Chinese herbal medicine by clinic experiment .It deserves the clinical expansion .
