Kidney Blood Circulation And Resolving Subacute Aging Animal Model Of Sod, Mda, E <sub> 2 </ Sub> Role

Objective1 Reproduce subacute model of senile mice and observe the effect of Bu Shen Huo Xue Hua Tan Method (BHH) on delaying senility by detecting correlative index.2Research the senile mechanism and the anti-senility effect of BHH.Methods1 grouping: choose 50 healthy and pure breed of female mice from KunMing which weigh 20±2g, divide them into 5 groups randomly : group Ⅰ (the normal group),group Ⅱ (the model group),group Ⅲ (the vitamin E group),group Ⅳ (the high concentration group of BHH),group Ⅴ (the low concentration group of BHH),Each group has ten mice .2 molding: give all the mice except those in group I dorsorcervical subcutaneous injection with D-galactose 120mg/kg one time a day for 5 weeks in a row, which can make subacute senile mice model.3taking medincine: While molding, give all the mice in each group with the dosage of 25ml/kg one time a day .irrigate the stomaches of the mice in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ with 0.9% physiological saline; group Ⅲ with 2mg/ml vegetable oil of vitamin E ,group Ⅳ with 2g/ml BHH Soup and group Ⅴ with 1g/ml BHH Soup,all of these last for 5 weeks continuously.4Iindex and examination: 5 weeks later ,give all the mice fast for 24 hours ,and then collect blood samples 2ml by using decapitating scissors to seprate the serum,and detect the content of estrodol(E₂);bring out the brains on the ice-stand at the same time ,then homogenize them with refrigerant physiological saline ,aspirate the above clear liquid after centrifugalizing in low temperature to detect the activity of super-oxide dismutase(SOD) and the content of malodialdehyde(MDA). Results1 Compared with group Ⅰ, the activity of SOD of the cerebral tissue and the content of E₂ of the serum of group Ⅱ, are much lower(P<0.01 or P<0.05),while the level of MDA of the cerebral tissue of group Ⅱ, is much higher(P<0.01).2 Compared with group Ⅱ, the activity of SOD of the cerebral tissue and the contentl of E₂ of the serum of group Ⅲ, Ⅳ,Ⅴ are much higher(P<0.01),while the content of MDA of the cerebral tissue of group Ⅲ,Ⅳ are much lower(P<0.05).3 Compared with group Ⅲ,the activity of SOD of the cerebral tissue and the content of E₂ of the serum and the content of MDA of the cerebral tissue of group Ⅳ,Ⅴ,aren't significantly different(P>0.05).ConclusionAccording to the method of BHH,We form a prescription of BHH which can increase the activity of the cerebral tissue and the content of E₂ of the...
