Grass Bree Experimental Study On Anti-aging Effects Of Subacute Aging Rats

Objective: To study the effect of Boschniakia rossica to intracephalic free radical, ultrastructure and histochemistry of subacute senile rats. Method: To divide wistar rats randomizly into normal group, model group (D-galactose, 48mg/kg/d), ginsenoside group (lOOmg/kg.ig, D-galactose 48mg/kg/d), large dose group of Boschniakia rossica (200mgIkg.ig, D- galactose 48mg/kg/d), middle dose group of Boschniakia rossica (1 5Omg/kg.ig, D-galactose 48mglkgld). small dose group of Boschniakia rossica (1 00mg/kg. ig, D-galactose 48mg/kg/d), continuously 40 days, and biochemically analyse SOD, MDA, MAO and observe LDH, SDH, LPF and transmission electron microscope.
