Kidney Sequential Treatment Of Functional Hypothalamic Amenorrhea Clinical Studies

Objective: to study etiology and pathology of FHA, to research the effect of kidney-invigorating menstrual sequential method, to provide a scientific ideal and method for the treatment of FHA.Method-' According to the accepted standard, selecting 32 FHA athletes from Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM that divided patients into treated group using traditional Chinese drug and controlled group using western drugs randomly. To observe the influence of the kidney-invigorating menstrual sequential method herbs on FHA, to monitor the changes of BBT, FSH, LH, contrasting the curative effect between the two groups. Then analyzing the variables through SPSS 13(statistical package for the social science).Results: in general, the two groups all present nearly same effect on FHA in treatment process; on the other hand, the rate of recrudesce is higher in controlled group than that in treat group. The two groups all improve LH level, we can't see much difference in them. The two group all improve FSH level, and we can't see much difference in them too.
