| Excursion of Th1/Th2 is the important reason of the immunosuppression in tumor-bearing hosts and tumor escaping the immune system. The prophase study had testified that SanWuBaiSan(SWB) had the effect of positive immunoloregulation. On the basic, the paper investigates the relation of immunoloregulation and excursion of Th1/Th2.After synthesizing the related immune literature of cancer, the paper elucidates systemically the relation between excursion of Th1/Th2 and immunoloregulation. Integrating the notion of zheng and xie of TCM, the paper defines new conception of zheng and xie. Namely, Th1 belongs to zheng and Th2 belongs to xie in the system of Th1/Th2. On the bases of Th1 and Th2 excreted by cancer cell and immune cell, we put forward to some ideas: immunoloregulation of TCM may be involved in the expression of Th1 and Th2 of immune cell and cancer cell, so as it of SWB.In the experiment studies, by the effect of SWB on the excursion of Th1/Th2 in vitro and on immune cell and cancer cell excreting Th1 and Th2 in vivo, the thesis elucidates the mechanism of reversing excursion of Th1/Th2, offers the foundation for the mechanism of eliminating Pathogen to strengthen Vital-qi.In vitro, with bearing-tumor mice model, we observe the effect of SWB on the weight of tumor,spleen and thymus as well as the ratio of inhibiting tumor. SWB has restrained markedly the tumor of mice, increased IL-2 and decreased IL-4 in serum of mice bearing-tumor raised by SWB, while hasn't affected on the immune organ. These results indicate that SWB can improve immune function of bearing-tumor host by reversing excursion the Th1/Th2 in vitro.In vivo, the thesis observes the impact of SWB of releasing IL-2 and IL-4 on cancer cell and immune cell. The experiments show SWB can induce cancer cell and immune cell to excrete IL-2, while reduce the release of IL-4. The results reveal that SWB can improve the immunosuppression state by effect the excretion of IL-2 and IL-4 on cancer cell and immune cell. |
