The current mainstream of non-contact vital signs detection system mostly only uses radar sensors to obtain the vital signs information,and in the process of using radar to detect vital signs,the random movement of detecting target tends to have a significant impact to the accuracy of the data,how to reduce or even eliminate this effect is the problem that the attention at present.Aiming at the above problems,this paper proposes a method of detecting vital signs based on dual mode sensor to eliminate random movement of human body.In this method,the dual-mode sensor is used to obtain the vital signs and body movement information of human body,and the body movement elimination algorithm based on adaptive filtering is used to optimize the detection technology of vital signs and obtain more accurate vital signs data.1.This paper introduces the principle of vital signs detection technology based on bimodal sensor to eliminate the random movement of human body,analyze and verify the vital signs signals obtained by continuous wave radar sensor and human body movement information obtained by video sensor.2.In view of the human body dynamic information,video sensors is proposed based on optical flow method of motion detection algorithm and dynamic extraction algorithm,this algorithm can accurately extract the human vital signs detection in the process of moving parts,identify the direction of the human body movement,and in the vital signs signal obtained radar sensor tag out of body dynamic range,at the same time to obtain the corresponding dynamic information.3.For vital signs affected by body motion,two body motion elimination algorithms based on adaptive filter are proposed,which respectively use LMS,RLS adaptive algorithm,combination of body motion detection algorithm and body motion acquisition algorithm to eliminate the adverse effect of body motion on human vital signs and effectively improve the signal-to-noise ratio.4.Designed experiments to collect RF sensor signals and video sensor signals of subjects under simple and complex body movements,and conducted human field measurement experiments on single radar sensor and two body motion elimination algorithms based on adaptive filtering.The final experimental results show that the proposed body movement elimination algorithm can effectively eliminate the body movement influence in the process of vital signs detection.Compared with the single radar sensor,the signal-to-noise ratio increases by more than 20 d B,and the correlation coefficient between the signal after eliminating the body movement influence and the respiratory reference signal can reach0.7?0.8.
