| Sangdang has the effect of ganhuangshui according to jingzhubencao .Sangdang has been used to treat joint's disease led to by huangshui.This paper is based on the previous pharmic effect reasearch to find the effective element decreasing the blood uric. At the same time,the experiment is parallel to the mordern reasearch of Chinese pharmacy.Additiongnally,research on activity of XOD has been carried out.Objective:To preliminarily study the substance of sangdang to treat hyperuricaemia and the effect on activity of XOD about sangdang and its extract. Method:The experimental drugs are systematically extracted by solutions(petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-Butanol, water ) from sangdang according to solutions' polarity.Then the each separation composition is prepared by 0.5% CMC-Na liquor and used to raise the mice for seven days.The animal model of hyperuricaemia is made by injecting K-oxonate liquor.URO------PAP measure is used to examine the blood uric acid level. The effectivecomposition is carried out elution method. Elutropic materials is used to do the pharmacodynamic experiment that have been used .At the same time, study the effect on XOD of sangdang.Result:The ethyl acetate separated composition can remarkably cut down the blood uric acid level of the hyperuricaemia model mice. The separated composition by Ethanol 40% can also remarkably cut down the blood uric acid level of the hyperuricaemia model mice. Sangdang and its extract can decrease activity of XOD.But the level was decreased gradually.Conclusion: The main substance that sangdang treat hyperuricaemia result in the separated composition by Ethanol 40%. Sangdang and its extracts have effect on activity of XOD. |
