Objective To invastigate dynamic monitor of carrying angle for humeral supracondy fracture druing the operation open reduction. Methods According to the change of carrying angle in elbow joint flexuring 0°,30°, 60°, 90°, 120° before operation, 35 cases of humeral supracondy fracture were being monitored carrying angle dynamicly and were taken internal fixation after confirming no change of carrying angle. All cases were followed up 34 months in an average. The effect were evaluated by function of elbow joint.Results None of all 35 cases occurred trauma of vas and nerves. Volkmanncontracture,and cubitus. The fine side carrying angle of all cases were (11.16± 4.99)° in an average,and bad side were (10.62±4.50)° .There was no statistical significance by T test between fine and bad side carrying angle.The carrying angle of 3 cases reduced 5-10,but no cases reduved more than 10. All cases were evaluated by function of elbow joint,25 cases were excellent9 cases were good,1 case was ecumenic,none was bad.Conclusion The change of carrying angle were being monitored dynamicly during flexuring and extending elbow joint,and humeral supracondy fracture can be taken internal fixation reliably to avoid to cubitus after confirming carrying angle's resume.It can take patients to exercise as early as possibly.and need no external fixation of flexuring elbow joint extremly. Monitoring carrying angle dynamicly is significant to prevent cubitus.
