Objective: Discussion of combining traditional Chinese and western medicinetreatment of rehabilitation of coronary heart disease percutaneous intervention treatmenttechnique (PCI) of patients with clinical significance. Methods: Will be the60cases PCI postoperative patients were randomly divided intotwo groups: rehabilitation treatment group (A group of30cases) and the control group(group B30cases), A group of combination of Chinese and western medicine therehabilitation treatment, using common drug treatment group B, observation12weeks,compared with two groups of patients before and after treatment six minutes walk test, ankle arm index, metabolic equivalent, left ventricular ejection fraction, SF-36of thechange.Result: Six minutes walk test:two groups of postoperative1,3months of6minexercise testing are significant difference between the distance, P <0.05.1,3months after6min.exercise testing in each group inside the distance was significant difference, P <0.05;Ank le arm index: two groups before and after treatment ankle arm index to compare the ttest, before the treatment was not statistically significant (P>0.05), after treatment withsignificant difference (P <0.05); Metabolic equivalent: the completely random t test, twogroups after treating metabolic equivalent is statistically significant decline beforetreatment (P <0.05). Between the two groups after treatment compared metabolicequivalent, there was significant difference (P <0.001); Left ventricular ejection fraction:the completely random t test, two groups after treatment left ventricular ejection fraction isstatistically significant decline before treatment (P <0.05). Control group and rehabilitation treatment compared group, there was significant difference (P <0.001);accidents SF-36: after treatment, the two groups of SF-36rating scale and comparison ofvarious differences before treatment are statistically significant (P <0.05); After treatment, the two groups of SF-36rating scale the differences are statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: Coronary heart disease PCI postoperative patients have need fortraditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of rehabilitation, positive rehabilitationexercise to improve the quality of life of the patients and reduce the incidence ofcardiovascular adverse events, reduce the complications to have the important meaning.
