With elevating of HCG monitoring sensitivity and applying of transvaginal sonography of high resolution, early diagnosis of extrauterine pregnancy has obviously raised. Conservative treatment of extrauterine pregnancy has become the most important treat method. This method can exempt pain and trauma from operation, avoid postoperative complications, utmost maintain oviducal structure and function to reserve procreative function, especially to the femme of desiring procreation. Comparing with western medicine, the conservative treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has smaller toxic side effect. In TCM activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and killing embryo to dispel mass are principles of treatment. Department of gynecology of Dong Zhimen hospital adopts extrauterine pregnancy self-prescription to treat patients fitting the standard of extrauterine pregnancy conservative treatment, and gains the better curative effect. This topic is a retrospective study about the cases with conservative treatment of TCM from 2000.1 to 2006.3, to study the effective of this treatment, and have a further investigation of the mechanism to conservative treatment of TCM.Studying 36 cases of using TCM, we conclude: the effective total rate of extrauterine pregnancy self-prescription is 83.34%. The prescription has a conspicuous curative effect in killing embryo and devaluate HCG(before treat,after treat P<0.001) ,but it has an uncertain curative effect in dispelling mass in the hospital(before treat,after treat P>0.05). Dispelling mass need more time. It benefits many patients.Extrauterine pregnancy self-prescription has little toxic effect, and safe in clinic. |
