Study On Comprehensive Intervention In Elderly Isolated Systolic Hypertension

Objective：To observe the effect of comprehensive step-down scheme based onBushenhemai prescription to elderly ISH，and to find advantages of traditional Chinesemedical and explore more effective methods.Methods： All patients were divided into two groups according to the proportion of1:1：the experimental group and the control group．Comprehensive step-down schemebased on Bushenhemai prescription were used in the experimental group，conventionalstep-down therapy based on calcium antagonist were used in the control group．Allpatients’blood pressure of each group were observed and recorded before and aftertreatment．We conduct statistical analysis to compare the effect of the two groups.Results：In the aspect of systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure reduction，therewas significant difference between the experimental group and the control goup（P＜0.01）.In the aspect of systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure standard time，there wassignificant difference between the experimental group and the control goup（P＜0.05）.In the aspect of systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure compliance rate, there wassignificant difference between the experimental group and the control goup（P＜0.01）.Conclusion：Compared with conventional step-down therapy based on calciumantagonist, the treatment effect of comprehensive step-down scheme based onBushenhemai prescription to elderly ISH is better.
