With the deepening of the reform of market economy in our country, there is an increasing competition among medical system of our country, with the focus especially on the medical professionals. Thus, how to attract, keep and instigate these medical professionals and make the best use of their knowledge and ability is becoming an important influential factor for the existence and development of a medical central. The key to the solution of this problem lies on the set-up of an effective motivation. The object of this thesis is to find out of the existing problems in the stuff motivation through the analysis of the status of the medical professional's current motivation in Dalian area and Zhongai medical professional's current motivation status. We will also try to redesign a new stuff motivation for Zhongai eye-Clinic making use of the current concepts in the management of motivation, anticipating that this new scheme would facilitate the reform of the medial institutions' people motivation and would also provide some experiences for the reform of other medical institution owned by government.This thesis includes seven parts. The first part is an introduction about Zhongai eye-clinic, and a recommendation which will elaborate on the meaning prospects objective and summery of the thesis. The second part will describe related theories of motivation, including concept of motivation uses and theory. The third part is pointed the current motivation investigation of medical professional in Dalian area and salary analysis of medial professional in other area; The forth part is analyzing the current motivation of Zhongai medical professional and finding the shortage; The fifth part is redesign the medical professional's motivation based on keeping the advantage of current medical professional's motivation in Zhongai eye-clinic; The sixth part states the action condition for ensuring the stuff motivation; The seventh part is the concluding remarks.In writing this thesis, the author have applied various methods such as questionnaire, information collection and company investigation, Wide reading relative motivation files. A whole set of stuff motivation scheme is designed based on the investigation of the present status of the medical professional current motivation in Dalian area and Zhongai clinic. Incorporation related theories with the actuality.Making a set of stuff's motivation pointed the current status of Zhongai medical professional.
