With the development of medical-sanitary system reform, the building of professional ethics for medical workers is becoming increasingly important. It is an urgent need to bring incentive mechanism into the building of modern hospitals and the individual development of medical workers. The dissertation selects hospital professional ethics construction as the research object and takes the incentive mechanism as the research perspective and combines the incentive theory and management practice. By both studying the incentive theory in the field of hospital professional ethics construction and taking a large public hospital in Yunnan as an example, it confirms that the special feature and demand of medical workers should be fully considered during the construction of hospital professional ethics, thus this exploration in incentive mechanism in hospital professional ethics construction has strong theoretical and practical significanceThe dissertation sorts out incentive theory and incentive mechanism by focusing on three elements---need, target and drive strength. Based on surveys, it analyses the characteristics of the building of professional ethics for medical workers and concludes the keys to the success of professional ethics construction. It also explores new incentive ways to build hospital professional ethics by using the successful experiences at home and abroad as reference, such as building an efficient salary incentive system, concentrating on spiritual incentive. All these experiences are drawn to build an effective professional ethics system under the new reform and thus achieve the goal of applying theory to practice.
