The case method of teaching has a long history in foreign countries, which is created by the Harvard law school in 100 years ago. In the 19 century, it was used in the medical school. After that, the case method of teaching has been widely carried out in the law and commercial education with good results. It is a special teaching method. During the course of teaching, the teacher gives the students some necessary guide according to the teaching purpose. In the class, the teacher organizes the students to read, consider, analyze and discuss the case. By doing that, teach them how to analyze and solve the problem. In the mean time, improve their abilities; deepen their comprehension on basic principles and concepts.There are lots of medical cases in TCM history,which are a big treasure for teaching. The students always accept the teacher's opinions without any doubts. In TCM clinical wok, different doctors have different ways of healing. The author of the case may not give the best therapy. Because of this, it is necessary to change the traditional ways of teaching,By learning the basic theories of the base method of teaching ,combining with the character of Warming Disease, the base method of teaching is put into practice in class, which is proved to be helpful for enhance the students'clinical technologies.
